T'was Mother's Day

We were in town for Mother's Day this year, and all I wanted was to hang out together and have a relaxing day.
The girls always get so excited for me to see their gifts. They are always very thoughtful.
Kara gave me an inflatable ring toss game. Since it was too early for the pool, we had fun playing with it in the livingroom. It took kind of a long time to inflate everything.
While Ben was working on the base, Evie and Kiersten had fun with the donuts.
Kara fell asleep on the couch, so we wanted to make sure she could be included in the fun.

Maybe we got a little carried away. We did end up with a donut on each limb, and the small one on her head.
I'm super good at ring toss.

Party time!

When the pool finally opened, we took it with us on our first pool day. It sure looked funny sticking up out of the sun roof. We now have a new method, where the post is sticking down into the car instead of having to wrestle it into the back seat, the bigger part just sits on top.
Fun times!
